· Prices per day include: breakfast in the hotel restaurant
· Policy for children accommodation: free until 04 years old in the same room of the parents (max. 01 child per apt.)
· Check-in at 3pm and check-out at midday.

Reservations subject to the availability of the hotel
For cancelation or reduction of the number of the apartments reserved:
· Until 20 days before the date of arrival: without charge to the attendee
· Until 10 days before the date of arrival: payment of 30% of the total value reserved and canceled;
· Until 03 days before the date of arrival: payment of 50% of the total value reserved and canceled
· No Show: If the cancelation of the apartment occurs 02 days before the date of arrival, it will be considered no show and will imply the payment of the price of one day of the apartments reserved and / or returned.
