The National Institute of Metrology, Normalization and Industrial Quality - Inmetro, working for the development of the electrical metrology in the world, is organizing the VI Semetro - 6th International Seminar on Electrical Metrology, which will take place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on September 21- 23, 2005. This conference has long been consolidated as one of the most important events on electrical metrology in Americas. It is a scientific and technical forum to interchange of experience among people and organizations from Brazil and abroad concerned with the different aspects of measurement science and technology.
