This Seminar intends to discuss subjects like production and certification of reference material, experiences of National Institutes of Metrology (NMIs) in performing technical and economical feasibility studies for the production of reference materials, and to promote a broad discussion based on the experience of different accreditation bodies in the implementation of accreditation programs of reference materials producers and proficienty testing providers.
