Two among the most eloquent examples are “the Osvaldo Aranha filet” and the “Leão Veloso soap”. This is an adaptation of the bouillabaisse from Marseille, a soup with a strengthening effect, which was created by Ambassador Leão Veloso for the Rio Minho restaurant, one of the oldest in town – open since 1884.
