The registration form is for the registration of one participant only. Please, note that only persons wearing a badge will be admitted to the Symposium.

OBS.: The language of
the Symposium is English. No translation facilities will be provided.

No registration fee. There is a limit of one accompanying person per participant.

Cancellations and Refunds
Notification of cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing to the Symposium Secretariat before April, 2nd, 2006.
The Secretariat will charge 50 per cent of the registration fee for cancellations made before the above deadline.
All cancellations made after April, 2nd, 2006 will not be refunded.
Modifications
Changes in registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Please fax, post or e-mail any modifications to the Secretariat.
